All of the client work I've done is ghostwritten. You provide the information and I turn it into engaging copy that communicates to your customer who you are and why they should buy from you.
Gunsmith Fitness is a UK based fitness accessories brand that I wrote for in 2019. I'll link to them below.
Gunsmith has a custom function on their website for lifting belts that allows customers to customize the color, text, and design of the belt. They sent me a list of custom belts that they liked and had me craft an article that would inspire their customer base to make one of their own.
Blogs are a powerful tool for online business for several reasons; they're great for SEO, they give companies an opportunity to connect with their customer base, AND they are a great opportunity for what I call infotainment copywriting. Basically, infotainment copy looks like normal blog content but in reality it does 3 things: Provides information to your customers about your product or things that involve your product, entertains the reader in a way that makes them want to check back in on your blog (which gets them back on your website in general) and it subtly provides an opportunity for soft sales pitches. Take the article discussing the pros and cons of knee wraps vs. knee sleeves in weightlifting. Gunsmith fitness just so happens to sell both. The same applies for the article about resistance band training and fat grip training. These articles provide the reader with interesting, actionable information while highlighting and linking to the product pages of products that the company sells.
Of course, you many of your blog articles will be pretty standard blog content but any good copywriter will still find a weave to your companies products and culture into the articles without sounding too salesy.
